Staff (Bios)

Andy Malcolm holds a Bachelor's degree from Furman University, a Master's degree in Counseling from ETSU, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from ETSU. He spent 14 years as the guidance counselor at Blountville Elementary School.

Now, as Project Director of the I W8 Abstinence Program, Andy is excited about leading others and teaching abstinence on a full-time basis. However, he wishes he was traveling through Italy with his wife. He is married to the former Julie Frame and they have 2 daughters, Ellie and Analia.

Maggie McNally joined the I W8 staff in November of 2005. Prior to that, she worked with therapeutic foster children. Maggie graduated in 1997 from ETSU with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. Maggie has one daughter, Morgan.

Lisa Smalling works part-time with us as an abstinence educator. Lisa brings 6 years of classroom teaching experience to us, which she received at Fairmont and South Side elementary schools. She holds a B. S. in Elementary Education from ETSU, and an M. Ed. from ETSU. She is married to John, and they have two sons, Todd and Brad.

I W8 added Skot Montgomery in August of 2009 as an abstinence educator. Skot comes to us with one year of abstinence education experience. He graduated from Troy University in Alabama. Skot and his wife, Jamie, live in Johnson City.
